This is a Belvedere Grip-Tite bowl holder gripping a Belvedere Ovenware bowl. The bowlholder has a little metal pump in the front of the base. You pull it out a few times and it creates a slight vacuum between the bowl and the counter letting you tilt the bowl to a comfortable angle. Neat!
